Wear and tear on the shoulder joints and muscles can make daily activities painful, or even impossible. Flex can help address shoulder pain, rotator cuff strain, weakness, shoulder tendonitis, and more with targeted programs designed to improve shoulder mobility.

Shoulder

Many people will suffer from hip pain at some point in their lives. Whether due to sports, pregnancy, or simply bad posture, pain in the hips can be a nuisance. Our programs will address the imbalances causing pain by focusing on the muscles, joints, and tendons in the hips.

Hip

Sensitivity or inflammation in the tissues and nerves of the neck can hinder daily movement and activities. Neck pain may also extend down into the shoulders and arms, further complicating the issue. Some common conditions in this area include Tech-neck and Degenerative Disc Disease.

Neck

Weaknesses in the support structures of the upper, mid, and low back can lead to pain and difficulty with basic motions like leaning forward or back. Conditions in this category can include Lumbar Strain/Sprain, Lumbar Facet Syndrome, and Lumbar Degenerative Joint Disease.

Back
